Data and cellular connectivity costs, availability, and coverage needed to access the Services depend on your mobile service provider and you are responsible to check and verify all the availability and coverage before purchasing the Services.Access to the Services is granted through access codes, valid for a limited period (from 24 to 72 or more consecutive hours), depending on the purchase made and starting from the first use of the code.
2.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2.3. Compliance
You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

Upon purchase, you will receive an access code that grants access to the Services. Each code is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Sharing, reselling, or unauthorized duplication of access codes is strictly prohibited.
Access code is valid for a limited period (from 24 to 72 or more consecutive hours), depending on the purchase made. The duration will be calculated starting from the exact time (hours and minutes) of the first access to the Services.
4.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and for restricting access to your smartphone or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or access code.
4.3. Termination
Services will be terminated with the expiry of the access code for the hours passed from the first activation. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Proprietary Content
All original content within the Services including but not limited to all information, text, graphics, audio, interface design, and software code) are owned by Plaitour.com and are protected by Italian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.
5.2. License
